'The condition of the assigned room fell short of the expectations set by online photos. The room required more thorough housekeeping, and the furnishings showed significant age and wear. Additionally, the bathroom did not match the online photos, which showcased a walk-in shower with glass doors rather than the dated bathtub and shower curtain I received.'

'Perfect goed schoon en vriendelijk mensen '

'The elevator was not working and my guest has to go to the stairs with 3 yrs old boy. Going down to the stairs is killing my knee that’s my experience here in Hyatt Charlotte.'
