When we told the staff member the following morning he just said 'okay' and no apology or reason. The room was not tidied when we came back the second day. 'We were pleasantly surprised! The hotel sits behind a Denny’s restaurant, which seemed a little odd. It’s isn’t close to any shopping restaurants, etc, but it turned out to be quite nice! The room was spacious and clean, just a little dated. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was decent. There was plenty of parking. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at a Best Western Plus hotel. They are great, and the prices are reasonable. '

'The check in on arrival was ok, not great but ok. The room was dusty and kind of smelly, so we asked front of house staff for a vacuum cleaner. Which we never got. The building and central facilities look ok, the rooms are looking poor, backlog in maintenance. We slept late, so they only cleaned our room once out of the four nights.
