We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we asked for our room to have trash taken, clean towels, and cups. No one came while we were out for the day so had to call the front desk. Person on duty did bring up the items late in the evening. Beds were very comfortable.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have had for a long time.... Do to their need, I was put into an accessible room... All the shower would do is spew water all all over the complete bathroom floor.... very dangerous actually!!! During an extend 10-day stay I had house keeping arrive on two occasions!!! Had to fend for myself for any needs... Just a poorly run Microtel that I hope Corporate has a chance to stop in and seeing what a job they are doing for it's image!!! PURE CRAP!

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room air conditioner was loud with an annoying rattle. The telephone in the room wasn't working. The tap in the tub dripped constantly and the floor in the tub was extremely slippery. Breakfast was sub par.

I was surprised at the pet fee, which I had no foreknowledge of when booking through Expedia. $75 per night. Also had to pay a $5 parking fee to park in a nearly empty lot. $80 extra in fees that I had not anticipated when booking and prepaying. Accommodations were fine but not worth the money.

After checking in there was no hot water. The person at check in knew that but didn't tell us. Offered a refund if not fixed. It was still cold the next day. The manager was unable to be contacted and didn't uphold the refund offered the day before. Never stay here.

The hotel did not have hot water so no warm shower, which I found unacceptable. Because we booked and paid through Expedia they could not give us a refund. I had to call Expedia while at the Microtel and wait for confirmation to get my money back. This took about 30 minutes at 11pm after a long drive.

We were traveling with a dog, so we needed a dog friendly hotel, we have never stayed at these chain before. It was clean, its just had many spots on the floor from previous dog visitors. I think after a certain time the carpet needs to be replaced with that many spots. Fortunately, our dog did not add to the collection. The walls were thin and you could hear people going down the hallway like they were in our room. I might stay at this hotel again if I am traveling with a dog.

I would have loved to provide a higher rating for facilities, but the water was lukewarm at best. I let them know and hope it’s fixed by now. Otherwise, very good value. Also, the accessibility features seemed excellent, including a way in the parking lot to call far assistance. Best I’ve seen in a hotel.

Good: Clean, great service, and well-lit parking lot. They were able to accommodate my early check in. Bad: Really uncomfortable bed. Underwhelming breakfast. Ugly: Shower floor is 6” higher than bathroom floor, so when you step out of it, you may not be ready for the really big step. Definitely a falling hazard, especially with wet feet.

We reserved a one queen bedroom. It was pretty small, but it did the job. We stopped for the night on our way to visit families for the holidays. The bed was comfortable.

By far this was a much better stay than the last Wyndham hotel we stayed at. Owner & staff were very friendly & accommodating. Would have liked a room not facing the highway & truck noise, but otherwise the room & bed were comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
