« I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap »

« Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much. « There was a little miscommunication about the actual property location. Go to the second building that comes up when you drive in, which is Building C, not Building B. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and really professional. »
