The five suites all have full en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, showers and even jacuzzi bathtubs and power showers. All have spectacular sea views with direct access to the terrace plus: State of the art Televisions, Bluetooth speakers, hairdryers, independent air conditioning, phone chargers and most have ceiling fans. The main suite also has a private terrace onto the sea plus an enormous walk-through dressing room as well as an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and access to a second bathroom with massage shower. The main suite also has in addition to the large bed a double futon sofa bed.

In total the villa has 6 bathrooms plus a guest bathroom and a separate WC in the heated Jacuzzi chill out lounge.

The Living Room has international satellite TV all to be viewed on a state of the art gigantic 75-inch TV Flat screen with a Denon Home Cinema System plus Bose speakers and a Play Station 3.

For children a special childproof fence for the pool is available.

The Chill Out Lounge with its large, heated Jacuzzi and spectacular sea views is ideal for indulging in cocktails and sipping champagne!

The villa is cleaned by one of the most professional companies in Mallorca.

Villa Juan Carlos is an extremely spacious villa, 700 m2, located on a plot of 2.200 m2.

For Teleworking, meetings and presentations it boasts a large independent high tech Teleworking and meeting lounge that leads onto an inspiring mega view terrace. More calm and tranquil working or reading can be done in the separate study.

The villa has parking for four cars.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has three fridges, two Nespresso coffee machines, a 90 cm professional oven and many extra and personal touches.

For dining you are spoilt for choice, either inside in the dining room with spectacular sea views and two solid oak tables or outside: on the BBQ terrace with solid teak table or on a separate table which can be moved to your preferred location or even in the chill out area under the porch. All practically on top of the sea.

The pool is not chlorinated, harmful to eyes, etc, but salt sterilised. The pool can be heated for extra cost.

All bed linen are lush top quality Egyptian cotton.

The villa also has a large professional Weber gas BBQ and a table tennis table.
