'Better instructions are needed in the apartment on how to use the oven, adjust the heating, using the lights in the apartment complex, etc. A lot of the cookware provided was damaged or had evidence of being misused and the microwave door would not close, so much of the kitchen wasn't functional. Otherwise an amazing location, spacious apartment.'

'The location of the apartment on the Vrbo site showed it off Via del Bosco. I used WhatsApp to communicate with owners. The actual site is on Via Partigiani after exitying the traffic circle from Corso Dante. Eventually Clean BnB sent me a photo of thge building with arrows indicating the outside entry and the gate to enter the garage area. The gate was closed. After a long wait I learned that one of the keys on the keychain of apartment keys was needed to open the gate. I had a FIAT Panda...

"Mooi, gerenoveerd agriturismo gelegen op een prachtig gelegen terrein inclusief manege. Wat een paradijselijk gelegen agriturismo! De kamer vonden we zelf wat aan de minimale kant qua inrichting/ faciliteiten. Zo misten we echt een balkon op de derde verdieping. Ook niet helemaal brandschoon want we zagen wat spinnenkoppen aan het plafond. Het zwembad was mooi gelegen en prima voor een paar dagen zwemvertier. Ontbijt ook prima, alles aanwezig van lekkere zoete taarten tot de hartige varianten. Ontvangst vonden we ook wat aan de lauwe kant: we kregen de sleutelkaart in de handen gedrukt maar verder weinig uitleg over de kamer en alle faciliteiten. Na 18:00 uur geen personeel meer aanwezig dus wil je dan wat dan zul je echt met de auto naar Canale of verder moeten rijden."
