'Lovely property in a leafy and safe area. Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and opportunity to use the house as if it was our own. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Only drawback was poor sound insulation. We also did not appreciate the pressure applied to leave a 15% “tip” which left us with a bad feeling. We would have left a genuine tip for the staff who were excellent, but declined to do so as a result of feeling pressurised.'

'The room is updated and nice decorated for the price but the check in process and the service level was not satisfactory. It is not clear at the time of booking that because they are an apart hotel, they only change towels and clean up the room every other day . It should be clearly disclosed at the time of making the reservation specially because they only left one hand towel and two bath towels for a 2 adult reservation. '

'Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything. '

My suggestion to the hotel is to put *some* decoration in the room or paint a wall because the room feels very empty. The lighting could also use help.'

'Erg fijn hotel op een zeer goede locatie in Bogota. Restaurantjes in de buurt, maar het restaurant in het hotel is echt geweldig! Ontbijt is erg goed, maar ook het avond eten is top. Goed bed, fijne kamer. Ik kom zeker terug! '
