'I like to be honest: the hotel was close to the road: I did not expect that, so we ask for a room not so close to the road. We were given a quinszise, while we payed for a kingsize bedroom. There was no refund what so ever… that felt a bit disappointing. The room was oke, the bathroom small. However our stay was oke, we did swim in the swimmingpool, and had a dinner not so far away from the hotel ( we could walk) but the surroundings are not so fun. The city however was great! We loved San Luis...

'Leuk hotel met mooie binnentuin. We hadden een ruime kamer met met een prima bed. Ontbijt was prima maar basic. Gratis drankjes waren een pré.'

'A/C worked but the room felt cold even with our adjustments to it. Towels were old, rugs dirty, doors dirty, small fridge didn't keep anything cold. Staff was froendly but property needs touch-ups. '

'Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the employees to the room to the bathroom to the happy hour to the breakfast. We could not have been happier. I only wish we could have stayed longer. If you are ever in SLO, I highly recommend this hotel!'

'Unfortunately, there was a problem with other guest at around 12:49 am. There was screaming and fighting outside. I'm not sure if the hotel staff tried to stop the unruly behavior which was disrupting the sleep of the other guest. Other than that, the hotel is good for an overnight stay and breakfast was typical.'

'Beautiful property. Great location. Very clean and modern. My only complaint is the price for valet a night ($45) and the incidental cost a night ($125), seems a bit steep for a hotel in SLO. Nonetheless, there is a public parking building kitty corner from the property for $16 a night. '
