'LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! The house itself was exactly what my group needed and the location could not have been any better! You're an easy and quick walk to the best part of the beach and so close to many food spots, grocery store and shops. The property manager/concierge, Julieta, was incredibly helpful -- she assisted us in booking ATV's for the week and transportation to/from the airport. Any issue that arose, she was quick to respond and resolved any hiccup seamlessly! In summary, I...

'Nice little house with a pool. Clean house with everything that you need. Not too far from the center of Santa Teresa with several restaurants close by and a supermarket. We had a nice time there. '

'The house is pretty and in a great location. It has everything you need to cook, beds are comfortable but lacking linens and pillows. No blankets provided/no extra pillow or towels. We had a hard time connecting with the internet, one of the codes didn't work at all... so we didn't get the instructions or passcodes until later in the day... Our host, Jennifer was great, nice and receptive.'

'This villa was perfect for what we wanted...a quiet, secure and private place that is in walking distance to the beach. After touring the town, we were very happy with the location for the proximity to great restaurants, a local convenience store and a little less crowded beach than some of the spots to the north. Our concierge was very helpful and responsive with anything we needed and the villa itself was great...just as the pictures show. Wishing we were still there!'
