'The property itself is very nicely renovated and has a high quality touch and feel. Castino is nicely located to explore the Langhe. However, after renting holiday properties for almost 15 years we dare say that this one has let us down in several aspects. First and foremost it is not equipped sufficiently to serve 4 adults leave alone the 8 advertised. I.e. we only found a 2 cup Bialetti Mokka maker and a 4 cup filter coffee maker in the entire house; there were only 4 big coffee mugs for all...

'Ons verblijf in Casa di Yorik is heerlijk geweest. Een mooi huis, met grote slaapkamers en badkamers en met een goed uitgeruste keuken. Het heeft een grote tuin met een heerlijk zwembad. Het huis ligt vrij centraal voor een bezoek aan de verschillende dorpjes/steden en wijngebieden in de buurt. Complimenten voor de eigenaar Andrea! Hij is zeer gastvrij, behulpzaam en staat altijd voor je klaar! We hebben met 2 gezinnen genoten van een heerlijke vakantieweek!!'

'Zeer mooie en ruime vakantiewoning met alles erop en eraan. We hadden temperaturen van 33 tot 36 graden dus de airco was een zeer mooie luxe. We hadden het nooit te warm om te slapen. Zeer proper zwembad waar onze kids heel wat uren hebben gespeeld. Mooi en enorm rustig gelegen. Er was maar 1 probleem en dat waren de vele muggen die ons zeer lekkere hapjes vonden. Dit vakantiehuis is zeker een aanrader. Bedankt voor de mooie tijd! '

'Very nice house, garden and swimming pool. Each bedroom has a full bathroom annex which is very comfortable. The bathrooms are older design but still function well. The kitchen and living room(s) are large and nice. The contact with the owner was excellent and she reacted promptly when we had a problem. The contact with the lady that lives there was also very nice. We had a nice wine tastingin the garden one day. Overall, it was an excellent stay for us (6 adults and 5 children).'

'Das Haus ist groß und hat uns super gefallen. Man sieht, dass sich jemand wirklich Mühe gegeben hat. Es gibt 2 Wohnbereiche, 2 Küchen. Wir hatten das gesamte „Anwesen“ für uns, da wir 4 Schlafzimmer gebraucht haben. Keine Ahnung, ob man das auch getrennt buchen kann. Da es recht weitläufig ist, kann man sich jederzeit zurückziehen. 'We had an amazing time during our stay. The house was great with air conditioning in the bedrooms and a great pool (kept clean by an easily operated robot). Only two remarks that would have made it better. 1. Mosquitos would show up as of 17h, making it nearly impossible to stay outside and use the BBQ and you would have to stay indoors the rest of the evening. 2. There was no air conditioning in the kitchen or the living room so it would get really hot while cooking and enjoying the evening...

In tegenstelling tot de aankondiging laat uitschijnen ligt de woning in Melazzo op 5 km van Acqui Terme. In Melazzo is er buiten een bar die sluit om 15 uur niets. Voor alles moet je naar Acqui Terme. Er naartoe wandelen kan niet gezien geen voetpaden of wandelwegen. Acqui Terme is een mooi en fijn stadje, zeker het bezoeken waard. Ook in de ruimere...

'We had such a wonderful stay at Winery Cascina Intersenga. Beautiful settings with the garden and the surrounding wineyards. The pool was nice and the terrace in front of the appartment was cosy and a nice place to eat breakfast and lunch. The only minus was the mosquitos. We were not able to sit outside in the evening, because of crazy amount of mosquitos. Silvia was very kind and helpful.'

The property is located on a quiet street very close to the city center, so there are countless restaurant options that are within a few minutes of walking.
