Beautiful, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath condo unit on the first floor. Comfortable sofas, large bathtub, full kitchen. Sleeps 6.
Large outside porch overlooking two fairways (10th and 11th) of Crow Creek golf course. Access to two outdoor pools and hot tubs. Tennis/Pickle Ball courts are available at the end of Woodland Ways. Access to the gym at the amenity center near the golf clubhouse.
Perfect location, close to Sunset Beach and other beach destinations. Short trip to Myrtle Beach and shopping/ amusement areas. Many golf courses to choose from.
The kitchen is adequately stocked with the appropriate cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Bedroom and bathroom linen are included. Full-size washer and dryer,
Air conditioning, WIFI, and Televisions with YouTube.

On stays that are a month or longer the cleaning fee will be $150.00

The property was excellent. Extremely clean. In great location close to several golf courses in the area. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable, Kitchen was modern and had a dishwasher. Washer and drier was on premises and we liked the screened in porch facing the golf course. Owners communicated excellently and we appreciate being able to rent this property. We are hoping to return again next year if allowed by the owners.

The condo was amazing! Spacious, clean, and was even supplied with some cleaning supplies, pots and pans. The washer seemed new and worked great however the dryer was showing age and took some time to dry items. I let John and Karen know and they stayed in communication about letting me know they planned on replacing it. Otherwise the condo worked out great for my family. Had to do some impromptu toddler proofing of the condo but that was no issue at all. The showers were amazing, loved the shower heads as they had great pressure. Beautiful condo, great neighborhood, and great pools!

Annual golf trip

We were very pleased with the condo. There were four of us that stayed. We like the area and I am comfortable with the location of so many golf courses and restaurants. We have been coming to NC/SC for about 27 years. Believe it, or not, I even won 10 during our stay. Having said that, my playing partner carried the bulk of the load.
