'Very conveniently located near airport with free shuttle. Front desk evening clerk especially was amazing! He bent over backwards to help us in any way he could. Free Wifi didn't work well most of the time. Even the engineers they sent to our room to fix it weren't able to do much. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Fortunately we were high enough that all the honking traffic didn't bother us too much. We had to check out at 5 AM, so they let us special order...

'Cecilia Hotel is incredible! It is a great location for a great price and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But the best thing about Cecilia was the amazing staff! I came to Egypt for a study abroad semester, and I was really scared being in Egypt by myself as a young woman, especially since I had never left my country before.
