'Location is great. Beach is great. Seven stars is generally lovely. We were having a great time. But then they used very strong chemicals in the ajoining unit in the middle of our stay so our entire unit wreaked of toxic chemicals. It took multiple complaints to get them to look into it and then multiple hours to “resolve” the issue which meant moving us to a new smaller room that was extremely hot late at night. 'Always a favorite! This was our second time at OCW and we loved every minute of it! Best bartender at the tiki bar (shout out Ben!). Comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, good food, and close to everything. Best part: the beautiful Grace Bay beach. It remains our favorite after all of our travels.'

'Neptune Villas was almost too good to be true - our villa was enormous & comfortable and had a private pool & wrap around deck. We got the space we needed and close to remote beautiful beaches. It was perfect for our family & with a rental car we saw everything we wanted to in Grace Bay & golfing & Da Conch Shell etc. Would definitely stay again!'

'We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. Beautiful pool, clean rooms (I am very picky about cleanliness). There is a golf cart that takes you to and from the beach which is a 3 min ride. The hotel has chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach. I will say if you get there later than 11am all the chairs are taken, but we just got there early.
