'We really appreciated the upgrade to a Royal suite! As an all inclusive resort that has high volume of food preparation, I had one issue with milk that was starting to sour. Secondlly, on the trip home I developed Traveller's diarrhea. However I could not pinpoint the source.'

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'Wij hebben met veel plezier drie dagen in dit hotel vertoefd. De ligging direct aan het strand met de hele baai prive voor het hotel was uniek. Het eten en de hele dag door drankjes was ook uitstekend. Daarnaast 's avond twee avonden muziek, een Caribisch groepje, heel goed, en een band met dansen. De bediening was attend en vriendelijk. Enige punt van kritiek is dat het onderhoud van het hotel wat te wensen overliet.'

Only reasons for 4 not 5 star rating was that I thought the on site restaurants were a little over priced for the food as were the drinks, and shower gels etc we’re not replenished (minor touch I appreciate). 'Everything was wonderful from the moment we got there. This getaway is only 7 minutes from the airport. The owner was so sweet. She gave us tips and recommendations for everything. We tried it all and loved every minute of our stay. The views are stunning!!! The sounds of the ocean were soothing and healing. This property is huge, but the service is exceptional and they are very attentive to all the guests needs. We will definitely be back. We rented a car and went everywhere that the owner...

'I liked so many things about Curtain Bluff. The beach area is beautiful and all of the activities are within easy reach. The food was diverse and delicious. A new dinner menu every evening with wonderful choices. Everybody was extremely friends, including the people who were also vacationing there. I loved the open-ness of the public areas, so it was cool and comfortable without being air conditioned. It was a great spot to relax or keep busy.'
