'No hanger for the cloths, no cabinet. Tiles in bathroom have white spots. WLAN speed is okay, but WLAN in room had twice connection problems. Aircon is good. No windows in the room. Alternative would be room with windows to a noisy street. Room service is good. Can hear voices from the neighbour room.'

'Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No natural ventilation. Smelt methane in the bathroom. At a time no hot water. No hot water to the sink. The sink not attached to the wall. No electrical wall outlets. The bathroom requires total renovation. The sheets were I would rate as second hand. In the time I spent there the room was never cleaned. 'Op zich een goed hotel, vriendelijk personeel goed uitziende kamer want misschien wat onderhoud nodig heeft. Voor de rest heerlijk geslapen en gegeten in restaurant . Voor deze prijs is het een prima hotel😊'

'Great staff, good views from room!'

'The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend.'

'Hotel is ok, rooms and breakfast a bit simplistic. Bed was too small and too hard.'

'the room was clean, '

'The staff were MARVELLOUS. BUT how the hotel is managed is a joke. Facility management is non existent. We didn’t get any sleep as there was loud constant humming sound. We were told it’s the water pipe system and there was nothing they could do '

'Prachtig zwembad op het dak met een prachtig uitzicht. Erg nette lobby en ook schone kamers. Alleen wat geluidsoverlast van het verkeer rondom het hotel.'

'Very good hotel and centrally located between Fora and Ayala malls. The cleanest and friendly hotel staff I have ever seen.'
