Rooms: overall DIRTY! We had a presidential suite for 8 people. One day they left us 3 towels the other days we had zero and had to call housekeeping multiple times just to have enough towels to shower. The showers are absolutely disgusting. Looks like they have not been cleaned in a very long time. There are not nearly enough staff for the amount of guests and staff were very vocal about the cutbacks. Instead of shuttle being convenient for the guest they made you walk up and down big hills to a more convenient place for the staff; reason sited over and over were staff cutbacks (fired) because they asked for a raise. The Market - OMG. Food is fine; just don’t go there hungry for dinner or expect to get a table with your family. There is no control or organization; it’s very overwhelming and staff is visibly overwhelmed as well which leads to poor customer service. If you come with family and expect to order food for them, good luck, 2 items per person; really inconvenient when you have kids and lines are miles long.
This property is far from luxury; makes the all inclusive very difficult and needs a complete renovation and at least double the staff. Would never stay here again.
