'I had a fantastic experience at Suites Lomboy & Plaza. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy. 'Upon making my reservation on line, I was presented a question “is there anything we should know about your upcoming visit.” I messaged back that my husband and I will be celebrating our 50th anniversary. We would like to make a reservation at the steak house. Crickets - no reply. We tried to make a reservation upon our arrival but the restaurant was closed. We then showed up at the door. Horrific service, crazy expensive, $25 corkage fee. This experience deflated our plans for the evening.'
