'Two families visiting Beech together. We had the most wonderful time and found this home to suit our needs perfectly. Close to everything we wanted to do yet quiet enough to provide us with the rest we needed after a long day of activity. The house is well stocked and we were not without any amenity that we needed. Cozy and quaint. The entire group was over the moon about feeding deer right from the deck!'

'We had the best little stay at this adorable cabin! We had two families, 4 kids (ages 10-13) and they loved the loft area. The bottom level bed was SO comfy, kitchen fully stocked and plenty of available towels. Easy navigation to Beech Mountain resort for skiing, great iced lattes at First Chair Coffee Shop and yummy family dinners at both Famous Brick Oven Pizza (kids loved the arcade and ice cream) and Bullwinkels (great pasta and sammies!). 'Ms. Pat was so wonderful and even left us a few goodies in the frig! The cabin was beautiful with its display of her husband’s artwork; he is very talented. We loved seeing the animals and a woodpecker even visited. Great little vacation!'

'My family and I booked this cabin for our snow tubing trip in March, 2026. The cabin is in such a pleasant area. Its close to everything but yet completely tucked away in the mountains. The cabin was clean, and cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor hanging lights which lights up the outdoor area beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and coffee pots. (regular pot and k-cup option) There were plenty of towels and washclothes provided for our trip. My...

'My family and I had an awesome stay here. The house was great, fit our family of 6 perfectly! It was a quick 5 min drive to the slopes at Beech Mountain which was awesome. Highly recommended!'

'Great little retreat'

'Great place for a late season, wintery couples getaway! Even had a picturesque snowy morning. Had a little trouble finding it because my navigation wanted me to take a road that's closed, but we just went around the other way. Host was quick to answer questions about the gas fireplace. No yard space for the dog to go to the bathroom, but we made do with walks. Would definitely stay again.'

'The cabin was beautiful with an amazing view of Grandfather Mountain! Our hosts were so kind to let us check in early and very responsive to the one question we had. We loved the hot tub, the kitchen was well appointed, and the house was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is to bring your own pillows and maybe sheets for the pullout couch if you plan to use it. '
