'My family and I enjoyed the location of this hotel; it’s located near the Mall of America and not far from downtown. The room was also exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff was kind and gave us extra sheets for the sofa bed. My family also loved the breakfast, which was phenomenal! In fact, between the four of us, we have agreed that it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Definitely recommended!'

'We called the hotel as directed by check-in policy to let the hotel know, we would be arriving after 1am - Was told Hotel shuttle was not available to us after midnight unless we used the park and fly - ? Park and fly would have already been paid for…. I attempted to cancel our night and rebook at another hotel but our room was not refundable. So we also had already paid. Arrived at the hotel after paying $34 for taxi and asked about this again. Well- actually - a different person replied -...

'De kamer is prima, jammer dat de schuifdeur niet open kon. Locatie is top, centraal gelegen om onze activiteiten te doen. Ontbijt niet gedaan, zag er niet uitnodigend uit en erg warm in de eetzaal. Koffie op de kamer werd niet aangevuld. Parkeren lukte altijd, genoeg ruimte. En een prima restaurant (Danny’s) naast het hotel, was ideaal na onze lange vlucht. Ontbijt daar ook prima met goede koffie.'

'Easy check in, great staff, good location. Close to diner options but also close to malls and other towns/cities. Breakfast was fine. Room was good. Beds were great and comfy. Kitchen has everything you want. I did especially liked the snacks that were put down at the front desk for the guests.'
