'Everything was good but breakfast can be better'

'There was no body lotion in my room. I asked for it to be delivered, and they never delivered it. The morning of my departure, I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle service. The person answering the phone was rather rude and curt.'

'We stayed as a family of four for three nights. Although we paid for a Double Queen room, we expected there would be a couch for extra room. It was really tight for our family and we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. 'Room was clean but in rough shape, carpet was matted and deformed. Staff was excellent and the helpful with arranging shuttle.'

'The hotel was incredible and the new redesigned rooms were beautiful. The staff at the bar and restaurant were extremely helpful and positive. I just wish the pool area was better managed. There were young children swimming in the hot tub with swim diapers , parents too busy taking tik tok videos of themselves to notice their kids in the pool... There shouldn't be infants in the hot tub but the parents were bringing all ages of kids into the scalding water and it was extremely unsafe. We...

'This is a dated property that could use some remodeling. Additionally, food service has very limited hours. There are plenty of options in this area. I'd choose something else if I returned.'
