'The house is clean and comfortable on the inside. Outside ally that ran alongside the house had big bins which had rubbish overflowing and spreading across the path. Comms with owner none existent other then a couple of automated messages once I had paid. Not enough towels within the property for all guests no hot water for washing up asked for assistance from owner message never acknowledged. Overall happy with the property but little details could improve the stay. Cheap stay for 7 people and...

'I booked this for our engineers and this is their feedback: Unfortunately not suitable for us to stay in, the property was not clean and had lights hanging from the ceilings. Garden not useable. No parking even though it states parking - our staff almost got a parking ticket. We did not stay in the property and drove home instead.'

'Great communication from owner before & after stay. property was clean, but tired in places. We were heading to Alton Towers so was a perfectly good place for 1 night at a reasonable price. '

'Lovely house in close proximity to Donington Race Track Co-op near by, easy to grab a taxi or bus Nice and clean, cosy and spacious. Quiet neighbourhood Parking is a bit tricky, off street parking is available first come first serve. '

'Friend and I stayed overnight for a gig at the Utilita arena, which was literally 10 minutes walk away and easy enough to get to. Property was clean and well maintained. The only issue would be parking for more than one vehicle as there was just about room directly outside for one car, and the only other option was to park in the spaces by the row of shops opposite. Everywhere else was resident permit parking only. '

'Our stay was amazing The Chapel was in a beautiful location, a 2 min walk to the local pub and excellent for walks. Th hosts were very accommodating with a sample of some local treats , wine and beer. We will definitely stay again and would fully recommend '

'Wir haben drei Nächte in dem Apartment von Nicolas verbracht. Nachdem wir anfangs nichts von ihm gehört haben, hat der Check In dann doch geklappt.Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, die Küche ist neu mit großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, die beiden Schlafzimmer sind schlicht, aber schön und mit gutem Betten ausgestattet. Es gab keine Gläser, Nicolas hat noch am gleichen Tag uns die Gläser vorbeigebracht, sehr hilfsbereit. Leider entspricht der Außenbereich überhaupt nicht dem Foto, der ist...

'House is nice but no clean very in tidy no higen cooking pots very mildly toilet very bad water leeking '

'Booked this location as we were going to a festival, the manager of the property never got in touch for getting us into the property we were asked to wait until 4pm on the day we were meant to be checking in. 4pm rolls on no contact and told theyd issue a refund. Still havent recieced one had to find new accomodation for 7 people on the day of the festival. Shocking. Will never be using them again. '

'Lovely place to stay. Ideal location for Broad Street and the shopping centre, theatres etc. House has plenty of room, everything you need and very clean. The host is very easily contactable and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. '

"Het parkeren was lastig. We kregen geen goede instructie hoe we in de parkeergarage konden komen. De opening van de deur van de garage om bij het hotel te komen stond er ook niet duidelijk. (We stonden enige tijd opgesloten in de garage.) Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. De kamer lag op de 6e verdieping. Heel rustig! Het ontbijt kost 10 pond. Het was erg uitgebreid. Bij het inchecken doorgeven dat je ontbijt wil. (Anders kost het 14 pond.) De lift werkt met een pas. Al met al een goede accomodatie dichtbij het centrum van Birmingham. "
