« The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was small but very comfortable and it had everything that we needed. We especially loved having the espresso machine and the instant hot water. The views from all the windows were outstanding. The local home owners that we met were very helpful and provided some tips on things that they recommended to do. »

« Lovely stay. All the facilities were comfortable. Loved the outlook overlooking farmland just perfect for a relaxing time. Great selection of TV channels. A warm welcome with milk and biscuits provided which is a nice touch. Highly recommended. »

« We booked the cottage for a week's stay whike work was being done on our home. It was a real home from home too. Everything's there, including electric blankets to warm the beds. Although thd heating kept the cottage toasty, we turned most off except living room and bathroom. Loved the log burner too, a real focal point. Internet provided was good, a bonus as the phone signal there is poor, as is most of the local area due to hills etc. Would certainly recommend. »

« Poppy cottage is comfortable both inside and out. The owner was lovely . Loads of information on walks in the surrounding area.
