'The cabin was so awesome and I’m super glad there wasn’t a tv as I got to really spend time with my loved ones. Stuart was awesome and a very gracious host. Will definitely be staying again at this wonderful little slice of heaven.'

'Cute cabin, very comfortable with deer in the back yard!'

'Was very clean and the host was great. Amazing location- only issue was it is pretty far from everything. About 30 minutes drive to the nearest target. Other than that absolutely loved it'

'The house was nice.'

'Loved the fire pit, hot tub and forest setting. We even saw 10 wild turkeys.'

'The host was super responsive with any questions or needs. The house was beautiful and quiet. The check in and out was super easy convenient. Overall a wonderful experience.'

'Very unique experience! Literally in the midddle of no where! Love the dirt roads and driveway. Remind us of our childhood communities before they became over populated. Exactly enjoyed the hot tub, large soaking tubs, and 2 person shower. The rainy weather for the whole weekend didn't allow us to enjoy all outside amenities, games, or outside dinning. We did get one sunraise and one sunset on the observation deck. All meals were cooked on the grill, but a skillet and flat Blackstone was...

'The property is fabulous loved it and would stay again. Like is comfy tree house. My only issues were it was hard to find so def do during the day I lost gps which was a problem when I arrived and did not see cabin. Also I searched by proximity to Brownland said 3.4 miles and that was not true 20 min drive. The host was great and came and turned on AC for me'

'I stayed at a lot of rentals, and this is one of the best ones I've stayed at. Top 3 I can only image all of her properties are top-notch. Because the cabin was phenomenal. Also Chanin & Eric's communications, hospitality, and kindness was also phenomenal. One of the best experiences i've had renting a a house'

'We received a heartfelt welcome from the host. Before we checked in Chanin the host was very helpful giving us great information about different types of activities like kayaking, tubing fishing.local restaurants, shops and even parking at Broadway in Nashville. She continued being available whenever we asked for something. Cabin was very clean, kitchen had everything you need, beds were the best we ever slept in. Jacuzzi was perfect after long day of activities. We enjoyed drinking morning...

'BEST PROPERTY in FRANKLIN!!What an amazing property...never stayed in such a unique and well decorated VRBO until this home. The pool and outdoor patio is beautiful, with views of the green pasture and mature oak trees. We enjoyed Thursday Open Mic Night at Fox & Locke just 5 minutes away in Leipers Fork Village. Also convenient to Westhaven, only 6 minutes and Franklin is less than 10 minutes. Complimentary Black Car Service was fun for our trip to Fox & Locke. Definitely on our return trip...
