« We loved this private little cottage! We lounged in the hammocks and enjoyed the large front porch. It's conveniently located in the Finger Lakes, especially for Watkins Glen and Ithaca. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Perfect spot to hit all the things in and around the area. Close to everything yet completely private. Gorgeous view of the lake, well maintained and comfortable house for a good size group. Plenty of parking and you can walk to the distillery and a winery. Host is very responsive and helpful. Will be back! »

« Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep. »

« This is our fourth stay on Dave’s properties. We just love the quiet unplugged weekend. Dave is wonderful and always responsive. He is quite crafted at providing unique ways to keep you in lights and chargers! »

« The location of the cabin is beautiful and very peaceful. The stars at night are incredible and if you're spending the night and its a clear sky definitely get out to see the stars. The cabin was very clean and the owners did a great job communicating and making the check in process very easy. « The property is adorable, the sheep are fun to observe, the yurt is clean and has everything you need for a low-key stay. There may not be AC, but they have fans placed strategically throughout the yurt that keep the place cool and airy. I cannot recommend this stay enough! (Honorary 6th star for the Welcome Committee) »

« Another wonderful stay. The cottage is always pristine and comfortable. We appreciate the additional touches each year (new sun shade etc.). We especially appreciate the addition of towels and linens. »

« My sons and I and my canine grandchildren had a beautiful time enjoying exploring the beauty of nature. We loved the cabin and outdoor shower! »

« Cute rustic cabin tucked away with a bit of property for kids and dog to play. Easy access from main road. Check in/check out was a breeze! Would have liked to have been closer to somewhere with direct lake access - we listened to workers cutting tree limbs down most of the time. Owners were very thorough with amenities provided and great to work with. We did not locate any sheets for the pullout couch - we thought that was included with the linens, but I guess we should have brought some...
