'My husband and I recently stayed at Russets at the Bloomfield Fruit Farm in Chipping Ongar with our dog and had an exceptional experience. 'Excellent stay in luxury Shepherds Hut with all you could need. Sorry we didnt get to use the log burner, but we were out every night at the excellent pub restaurants near by. Thank you.'

'Property was lovely and totally suited our needs - no fighting over rooms as they were all spacious with lovely en-suites !! Check in was hassle free with an entrance code. Tea coffee and milk was supplied. There were a few stains on the sofas but everything else was spotless. '

'Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. '

'Not the room/chalet we booked, given another one. No heating, dirty, dusty, old worn furniture. We didn't stay the night, we drove 1/2 to another town and checked into a hotel. Disgusting.'

'The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. We had everything we needed. Location is peaceful and idyllic on the lake and is really easy to get to. We felt safe and secure behind the gates. The bed was super comfortable and the house was super clean. We didn’t venture out much but there is a nearby shopping/outlet centre about half hour away
