Escape to this private, family-friendly Lake Anna vacation rental—the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure. This beautiful lakefront home offers direct access to Lake Anna, complete with a private dock, pier, and a sandy beach right on the water.

Inside, the home features comfortable living spaces, a cable-equipped flatscreen TV, and all the essentials for a cozy stay. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished deck, then fire up the gas grill for dinner with a view.

Step outside to explore the lush landscape and paved footpath that leads directly to the lake. Spend your days boating, swimming, kayaking, or fishing from your own dock, or unwind on the private beach. A canoe and kayak are also available for guest use.

Located just nine miles from Lake Anna State Park, you’ll have access to hiking trails, a large public beach, playground, and picnic areas—perfect for a day trip with the family.

Whether you're planning a quiet retreat or an active lake adventure, this Lake Anna rental home has everything you need for a memorable stay.

This home is located on the public "cool" side of the lake. There is a community launch that guests with boats can access. The depth of the water at the dock for the home is roughly 5 feet.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The kitchen was fully equipped, especially for our Thanksgiving meal. The view was beautiful and the activities on the property were great for all ages. The only downfall was the couch because they are all separate pieces and they kept coming apart. Also, the upstairs shower diverter wouldn’t change from the spout to the shower head. Either way, these are all fixable things and we still enjoyed our getaway!

House was overall good, could use a deep clean but wasn’t a deal breaker . The master bedroom could use a bed upgrade, very uncomfortable. The hot tub was dirty but we called and they came the next day to take care of it . The water equipment was nice to have and has a nice area on the beach for little kids . Wonderful sunsets in this location .

The beach was nice, probably the best part of the trip. The deck was not attractive/welcoming, did not use, the hot tub cover needs replaced and appeared unwelcoming, sand in the hot tub. Kitchen was dirty, food product on cabinets, inside cabinets, and on dishes. Dirty floors, junk and dust thrown in corners. Pillows were comfortable. Comforter had stains, not sure they change those out, eww. Ants everywhere, due to the open sugar and syrup left in cabinet, as well as the broken screens in the kitchen windows. I took pictures,and compared them to the online pics, the beach and bathroom was the most accurate Picture on the website.

Best Stay Ever

This place had everything included that you would usually have to pay extra for or don't have the option to have it at all. Private beach, dock, volleyball court, canoe, paddle board, life jackets, and hot tub for the extra price of 0 dollars. They were all included. Consider that because it was super convenient. The house is also a mile away from a Marina so you can drop in and out boats and skis very easily. Also have gas on site.

Lakeside with multiple houses

Great location on Lake Anna when staying with a large group and needing multiple houses. This is out third year staying here and will continue to be a go to location!

This house has the potential to be nice. The only door on the house that locks.. is the door with the keypad. NONE of the other doors lock, and it was very dangerous, as there was no way to secure the house while you slept. You could literally stay anytime you want... because theres no way to secure the house. Also, dont count on sitting around table, because many of the chairs have broken legs that someone "attempted" to screw back on, but would collapse with a normal adult. Ant traps on evey counter..with ants everywhere..and roach traps in the cupboard.... We had multiple friends come in from out of state, and we obviously had no choice, but to stay. I was disappointed in this stay, and expected more for the price.

My family of 12 have stayed in a variety of VRBO properties over the last 15 years. We truly enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and beach chairs as well as the rom arrangements. However while the location and set up of this property was great the house itself could use some updating for the price point. Specifically the bathroom exhaust fans, cleanliness of the entire house, mattresses replaced and stove replaced. We would consider re-renting the property for the lake set up but not the house at this price point.

Lovely home with a beautiful beach

The beach was absolutely fantastic! We had 5 kids in our family with us and it was just wonderful. The kitchen is huge and all 4 of us girls had fun cooking together! The house could really use a deep clean. There was a very musty smell and it seemed that the duct work could use a cleaning. Overall, we loved the house, beach, and lake. Had a blast!

The home was beautifully updated and more spacious than photos. The hot tub was dirty and needed to be cleaned, but we used it anyway. The beach was private and full of activities to keep the kids busy. The property needs a deep cleaning....grout updates and drywall repair and paint. For the money, those things need to be addresses. Otherwise, we will be back for a longer stay. Who knew we were lake people? Thx!!

Everything was as described, and we very much enjoyed Sunset Beach. We particularly appreciated that the hot tub was clean when we arrived, but got cleaned mid-week. Very comfortable for us and our adult children and their partners.

Big WINDOWS & Warm Inside

Unexpectedly the weather was windy and very cold. Thank goodness we had a beautiful view from inside a warm home. We did venture out on the third day for a little while. The hot tub was a blessing and allowed us to be outside in its comfortable waters to save our lake Anna visit.

Beautiful House. Loved everything about it. We brought our own Christmas decorations to spice up the atmosphere. Every night the fire pit was used. Plenty of room. The hot tub was cozy. the dishwasher did not work.

Great yard and house set up

The location is great! Its so nice with the large yard and access to the water. I would suggest to owners to cut back trees to create a better view of the water and the house is taken care of but very dark and could use some light additions and paint.
