'Cockroaches. Disgusting. It was our only option to stay at 1am after driving all day and we stayed to sleep for 4 hours but could barley do it as soon as we go into the hotel the front desk guy isn’t there and there’s a sign to call a number , we call it and then he comes out of a random room hair a mess like he just woke up . We get our keys quickly and head to our room, as soon as we open the door a moldy musty smell hits us in the face. We close the hotel door and there’s a massive cockroach...

'This hotel is amazing. This is my 2nd time staying here and I can say this hotel did not disappoint. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Everyone greets with a smile. Lovely place, would stay again. '

'I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7.'

'Do not look at pictures! Must have been done many, many years ago! Arrived around midnight after driving for 8 hours. Very tired, but needed a rest. Room was old and had a musty smell. TV was horrible! Fuzzy picture. Bathroom looked pretty clean until toilet didn't flush. Water had been turned off to toilet. If we used toilet we had to get water from sink to put into toilet tank. 'We are a couple and were making a road trip through several states and had booked a room for 2 nights. The room was so terrible tiny (have never seen this...) you could not even place the suitcases and there was absolutely no ventilation, window could not be opened. The bed was terribly small for 2 people to sleep. I did not sleep at all, having an awful next day. For breakfast there was no toast bread, only bagels already placed on the table the day before, we saw them, how can you accept...
