B&B in Bukit

'Don't expect a clean room. I layed out my own towel and shawl on the bed because there were big yellow stains on them and I could still find hairs from the previous guest... Unfortunately I arrived late and didn't immediately see it, so I cost request another room. When I made a comment about it, the girl almost ignored me or didn't really care. 'An incredible place to stay!! The staff were so lovely and attentive to everything we needed and the rooms were clean and beautiful. The lobby/dining area was also lovely and the food was great too! The only slight downside was there is construction happening nearby so it's a little noisy but there is construction around lots of the villas in Bali and only happens during working hours. Overall loved it and would definitely come back here! '

'Very unsatisfied with my stay in the twin room. Cleanliness was terrible, with stains on all the towels and bed sheets. Pillows all smells mouldy. Bathroom without exhausting fan and with strong sewage smells. On the first night there were two huge spiders in our room, we can’t find anyone to help at around 10.30pm because reception finished work at 10pm. 'Owners were very informative , helped to get us the best service around the area. Warming environment and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Well kept rooms and brought hot water and tea every morning. Location was a bit out of the main areas nice and quite, walking distance to supermarket and food stalls. Was in 15min driving distance to the main areas. Only small problem was one of the rooms we rented out, we had to lock the front door for the door to be close. If it wasn't locked the door...

'This little hotel is unique but is need of an upgrade. The room size is excellent but could do with a touch up. The A/C is not adequate for such a sized room. The bathroom needs refurbishing & bathroom doors need fixing as it drags on the tiles. Bed & pillows were quite comfortable. The breakfast menu could do with a minor change as it does get boring eating the same food day in day out. Overall it’s a pleasant hotel that just needs minor upgrades.'
