Mainly they charged us more than expedia said the price would be. The place is very out dated. Our shower had cracks in it and mold around it. The air conditioner didn't work in our room. We asked for additional pillows and didn't get them. In the morning there was a breakfast included in our stay. There was nothing at the buffet to get only coffee in the lobby. So we had to go to a diner. We will never stay there again. Or use Expedia because the Hotel charged us $100.00 more than what we thought we were going to have to pay.

Thank you for sharing your observations. The 100 was not a charge, it a customary security hold on your credit card, that is released at check out. Our breakfast is offered daily from 6am-9:30am with a great variety--Juices, Coffee, Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, 1 meat item, Oatmeal, Yogurt, Fruit, Breakfast Pastries, muffins and breads. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

The rooms aren’t too clean and the staff seriously look like they don’t want to work there. We found a bug in our room and we were asked if we wanted to change room or leave.. there was also people coming to the pool that didn’t have a room and security didn’t do anything about it.

Not the same hotel it used to be. It is very run down, threadbare towels and sheets, torn bedspread and 2 small pillows on a king size bed. Really wish I would have read reviews and stayed at one of the big name hotels across the street.

Easy to get to from I-90. Very pleasant woman at check-in. Nice, large, clean room. For a hotel, a large swimming pool. Will definitely bring swimming suit next time. Couldn't find exercise room although noticed a sign to it. Doors to enter hallway could use a new paint job. Also maybe a newer and brighter carpet in hallway.

Hotel was ok, we had to move rooms as the first one was pretty nasty Second was a bit dirty but I decided to clean it myself and save the hassle. The pools always a hit for the kids, a bit cold but not bad. Breakfast is basic, you can’t take it back to your room which is a downfall but not a deal breaker. Close to the mall and other stores/ food, close to the highway so easily accessible.

Im currently sitting in a filthy room that is 80 degrees and smells like mold, im dripping in sweat, my kids are miserable and the guy at the front desk wont even give us a fan. He offered to swap us to a different room but required we pack all our luggage at 1am. I said can we please just move my kids and grab our luggage in the am, he said no he has to close out the room and setup another one. If there wasnt 2 other people down there complaining, i might of woke up the baby, my wife and son to move rooms, but i am pretty sure none of the ACs work. There was no pillows and blanket for the futon and when i asked for pillows and sheets to make it up they sent no pillows and a comforter to the room instead of sheets. Like we need a comforter in an 80 degree room. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! The new owners suck, i have stayed at motels of the thruway that were cleaner and more professional.

We arrived last Saturday, we were given a room that needed some updating. The washroom was in dire need of a renovation. Also we got a king bed and they had the smallest pillows, I asked for a few extra pillows at the front desk and the employee came out with a small pillow I asked for another one as they were so tiny. He said he could not give me another one. We took the pillow to the room. I put on the pillow case and it was three time the size of the pillow. I didn’t realize that it was such a big deal to ask for two more pillows. Guess I’ll have to travel with my own from now on

Overall a better hotel than I thought I was getting. Checking in the one night was insane. Took an hour and half. Which is crazy, they need to come up with a better system when there is an event in the area happening. But good stay and would book again

First off $250 incidental fee is ridiculous should be put right on when you book room . 1.5hr check in. You new of concert and hockey teams staying in your hotel could have better prepared. The person we had check us in was not the greatest. Did you know you can add breakfast to your stay for an additional $20? Neither did we!! The bedding didn’t stay on the bed oh and also when we were trying to remake the bed. There was a massive stain on the mattress. Employees need to work on customer service skills and hotel needs a revamp .. not overly impressed with the stay.. only way I’d stay there again is if there was no other hotels available.

Unfortunately during our stay the pool was closed for cleaning. Our room didn't get cleaned between our 2 night stay. The breakfast wasn't very good and it was a repeat on day 2. I had toast and tea.
