Blokhutten in Buena Vista

'The floor is very uneven…not up to code I’m sure! Balance was an issue! Not a good fit for older person (or if alcohol is on board)! Close to town and convenient and quiet! Host was informative and explained things well.'

'The home was in a beautiful location. We came up to hike a 14er and hang out. We were very happy with the home and really everything about it. We would definitely go back and stay there. It was so easy to drive to a hike, which was exactly what we were looking for. It was really a pleasure to stay there! The owner was so helpful and very quick to respond which was so great! Thanks again.Cathy'

'We stayed in December, and the home felt warm, cozy, and perfect for the holiday season. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also loved that it was pet-friendly—it made our trip even better to have our ES dog with us. Thank you for being such a caring and accommodating host. We truly appreciated your hospitality and loved our stay. We hope to return someday.'

'Awesome place! We almost didn't make it due to car problems but glad we did. We had everything we needed to make our stay great! We enjoyed our time at the cabin, there was plenty of wildlife to see every morning as I sat on the porch sipping my coffee. The kids loved it as well. Thanks for allowing us to use your home. We would definitely come back here to stay.'

'Good and clean, with plenty of space and great views right off the porch'

'Absolute perfection! Sky Lodge exceeded all of our expectations. The house was spotless, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the location was absolutely beautiful. Quiet, peaceful, and the perfect place to recharge and unwind. We loved the cozy blankets, relaxing in the hot tub, and simply sitting out on the deck taking in the surroundings. Sky Lodge truly has everything you need for an ideal getaway. We can’t wait to come back!'

'A very different and interesting location with incredible views in piñon and juniper forests. The owner provided great information on the solar and other systems. Because several days were cloudy we did use the on site generator to be sure we had adequate battery power. We would definitely stay again…it’s all about place which was fantastic especially when the sun came out and we saw new snow on the Sangre de Cristos!!'
