'Was really looking forward to sitting on porch and watch the river like the listing showed in picture. Got there the view was grown over, making it hard to see the river. Nice cozy cabin to sit on the porch and look at the trees and relax.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay at this exceptionally restored log cabin. The kids loved splashing in the creek and smores over the fire. We watched the summer afternoon rains storms from the front porch while the kids giggled dancing in the rain. Would come again!!'

'DeHart Cabin was perfect for our stay. We made a last minute decision to take a motorcycle ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway and wanted to stay close. Lucky us this gem was available. We trailered the motorcycle and were able to also bring Piper (our Labrador retriever). The driveway was a little sketchy on the motorcycle but doable for the experienced rider. Piper enjoyed playing catch on the meadow. We spent a lot of time on the front porch watching the deer and listening to the turkey while...
