Looking for a fun fall destination? We had a cancellation and have lowered our pricing from now through the end of November. Check out our great property and great rates!

Casa Brisa Bucerias is an incredible 4 bed/4 bath home situated just three short blocks to the beach! It is also within walking distance to just about everything in Bucerias, from restaurants and bars to grocery stores and art galleries.

The front yard is private, gated and very large -rare for the area.

The backyard boasts a beautiful private pool and gorgeous landscaping, with plenty of pool-side lounge seating, as well as a covered porch.

And to (literally!) top it off, there’s a covered roof-top area with a gorgeous area view to take in the picturesque sunrises and sunsets while enjoying the ocean breeze. We hope you will come stay at Casa Brisa, relax and enjoy our beloved beachfront town of Bucerias.

Cruiseterminal en Golfclub Naya Vidanta zijn enkele plekken die je niet mag overslaan als je iets actiefs wilt doen. Als je liever de natuur intrekt, kan dat bij Strand van Nuevo Vallarta en Playa Bucerias. Los Arroyos Verdes en Waterpark Splash Vallarta zijn ook een bezoek waard. Ga voor waterpret zoals zeilen en surfen/bodyboarden. Blijf jij liever op het droge? Ook geen probleem. De regio biedt voldoende outdoormogelijkheden, zoals paardrijden en mountainbiken. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Brisa. Everything was top notch! Very comfortable house. Well equipped kitchen. The pool was our favorite. The shaded outside table was awesome, ate most of our meals out there. Close to Chedraui just down the street is Poctlic taco Al carbon, great food!! Overall great location in the Bucerias area. Walking distance to Centro area. Which has lots of street taco stands. Lisa and Teresa were very helpful if ever we needed anything. Will definitely return

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Brisa. Very comfortable accommodations. Had a great sleep every night, fans and AC kept rooms cool. Kitchen was great and fully equipped. Gardner and pool staff kept the outdoor area in perfect condition. We had been to Bucerias before so were familiar with the area. Easy walk to everything, walk back was often uphill so got lots of exercise. Already discussing going back next year.

We were a little disappointed with having to share the bathroom situation, we thought that the bathrooms were attached to each bedroom. Landscaping could use a little sprucing up. The kitchen was great, beds were comfortable, even though the house is somewhat close to the beach, 15 minutes, the walk to and from the beach and amenities is very exerting, for both young and old. Almost impossible for anyone who has some kind of physical disability. Perhaps having one key for the whole property instead of 6 of them would be nice. Otherwise, the house is great, nice pool.

Beautiful home that our group of 5 enjoyed for 2 weeks. The location is easily walkable to the grocery store, restaurants and beach…however the pool and patio area make one happy to just lounge there. Having 2 bedrooms on the main floor (& 2 more upstairs) worked very well for us , as one of our group has mobility issues. We would absolutely recommend and rent this home again.

We loved our stay at Casa Brisa - 5 adults, a toddler and baby. Very comfortable beds, bathrooms for everyone and a large well-stocked kitchen were so appreciated. The pool was a definite highlight. Check in/out was seamless with Teresa the property manager. We didn't mind the big hill on the way home from the beach, justified a few cervezas by the pool! Thank you, we hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Bucerías. The house is stunning, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The pool was so refreshing, and the landscaping around the property made it feel like a private oasis.The location is fantastic, close to everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the bedrooms were very spacious with great air conditioning. We also loved that there were games for relaxing by the pool in the day or evening.The hosts even provided beach umbrellas and chairs, which made our beach days super easy.Overall, a perfect place to stay—highly recommend!

Great stay, beautiful house, location was close to the beach. Have to go up and down a bit of a hill to the beach, but its a great location. House was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of parking in the font that's secure, and remotely gated. The pool and size of the yard in the back was great. It was nice and private. Area is safe and the beach is close. Old World Charm

We love the house. It is so charming, much more so than the newer big condo complexes in the area. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants like La Negra, Meet Meat, La Dolce Vita, and many more. The big yard and private pool were a big plus. Beautiful house in a crate location in a wonderful town

Great little home away from home.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds! Kitchen and living area were great. Typical experience with water and plumbing. Showers had good water pressure. Dated bathrooms but clean. This property worked well for our vacation and is very close to everything!

The house is very nice but it needs a deep clean. The walls need to be wiped down as there several places that are not clean. The pool is beautiful and was so nice for all of us. The yard needs a good clean up as well. The loungers need a really good clean up and there are some broken chairs. .T

Great family home!

Great location and communication with property manager and owner. Teresa the property manager was so responsive. The lay-out of the house is perfect for families. Kitchen was large and an added bonus was 2 refrigerators! Outdoor space was beautiful. Would be all around 5 stars if pool area spruced up a bit with new floats, table and chairs, etc. Also a few drapes inside house should be replaced. Great family time!

Great House Close to the Beach & Restaurants

We had a lovely stay at this property with our family and close friends. It was our second visit to Bucerias. We enjoyed the proximity to local shops, restaurants in the beach. The house was a nice size with the bedroom layouts working for two separate families with children. The beds were very comfortable. The front yard was a nice place for the kids to play, which was gated and safe. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with the pool and loungers. We spent a lot of time between the beach and pool. This property does not have a dishwasher. Lots of handwashing for 8 people. We wish that the property manager would have left out a broom and general cleaning supplies for us to utilize during the week long stay. We requested it and were provided a broom and mop (no cleaner), so we had to purchase the supplies we needed. We also had to purchase our own bottled water, dish soap, and paper towels. They supplied one days worth upon our arrival. The Internet was very spotty but we managed to work through it. The property manager and owner was very responsive to our questions during our stay. We felt very safe at this house.

The villa is spacious and the pool was fantastic. The area could stand a deep clean as there were many broken pool toys and outside furniture unusable. The BBQ was really dirty but we were able to clean it and use it. Many empty liquor bottles behind the bar that should be thrown out. The kitchen was great and we cooked a few meals and had lots of room for 4 adults and 2 young grand girls. The kitchen could stand to be organized as pots and pans were scattered through out. I would have rated this place as 5 stars but because of the aforementioned I rated it down one. We would definitely stay there again. The Villa was quiet and we felt totally safe and were close to everything we needed. The property manager was very good and responded quickly.

We visit Puerto Vallarta at least once a year. We decided to visit a town, Bucerias, that we’d not visited previously. It was lovely. The house was easy, safe and the location was perfect. Beaches, dining, quaint community. The property was very comfortable. Lisa and Teresa were great!

We had a great time. Very clean modern house with tons of amenities. The pool was a great addition as it was hot out! Close to everything including a large grocery store that had everything you could need. The only negative was the bbq wasn’t working. We recommend this place to anyone.it would also be great if you had kids.

El lugar esta muy bonito, bien acondicionado, tiene todo lo que uno puede necesitar, esta muy limpio y funcional, muy c ercano a todo. Sobre sale la amabilidad de Teresa, la encargada del lugar. La alberca con agua tibia y muy limpia diario. Para toda la familia la experiencia y estadia fue maravillosa y por lo tanto inolvidable. GRACIAS !!!
