  • 2 BR/2 BA located minutes from downtown Brunswick, 15 minutes to the pier area of St Simons Island, 20 minutes to Jekyll, 20 minutes from Sea Island, and 5 minutes from Southeast Georgia Regional Medical Center. It is close to everything the Golden Isles area has to offer from FLETC(8 min) to the beaches! Enjoy going to your choice of islands, restaurants, bars, golfing, fishing, boating, swimming, shopping, sightseeing, treasure hunting, or enjoying the many historical sites available nearby!

    This is a duplex. You will have whole house access on one side. Inside is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 square foot house. The back yard is open and you will see others walking around the small lake or fishing from it. Access is through a smart lock and a code will be provided to you prior to check in.

Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Convenient to shopping, dining and the islands. House is clean and well equipped. Host was prompt and pleasant with all communications.

Property was very clean and well taken care of. We did not need to contact the host for any issues, so I am unsure about response time.

The property was great overall! Good location, very clean and well kept, the only thing I could raise as an issue is it is stated as sleeping 6 which it could, but the kitchen table only sits 4. Not sure how that works well for other families but it would have been nice to sit 6 as well as sleep 6. Very nice experience other than that.
