« The rooms were clean and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast bar was good although I feel it could be expanded a bit for the children. There is also plenty of parking at this establishment. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable and it is in a great location. However, I feel that this hotel could use some updates to the rooms and the building itself. For example, The pool floor needs to be refinished. My kids came back to the room after swimming with blue paint chips in their hair....

« At 5 in the morning the neighbor at the room 411 listens tv at the full volume…. I called the front desk no answer for at least three minutes second trying she answer and told me to try to find which room making nose and call her again and she will call the room . What a stupid answer it’s not my job to keep the respect in this hotel. After 9 hours on motorcycle and three hours in traffic jam we need to sleep please. « Hotel bien situé, proche de nombreuses commodités (restaurants, magasins). Hotel propre, bien entretenu, personnel agréable, courtois et souriant. Chambre propre, spacieuse et bien équipée, avec literie confortable et wifi fonctionnel. Bonne isolation sonore. Excellent petit déjeuner avec sucré/salé. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. »

« The room was extremely musty smelling. The bathroom floor was wet and very humid. I did ask for a different room and they accommodate immediately. The next morning I was trying to check out and the poor young lady was not able. She was new and had to call someone to assist her. I waited for about 45 minutes and finally left. She told me she would check me out. I did get a receipt later on that day around 3pm. Will avoid this hotel when passing through Gulfport. »

« Overall, we enjoyed our stay with friends at the property. We had a delayed check in, which was a frustrating process. We had to continually call and sit on hold or leave the pool to go to the front desk building to se did the room was ready. Thankfully we were able to use the water area while we waited.
