'The property and rooms were very clean and everything was up to date, I really enjoyed my stay.'

'Shower Rods and Shower curtain had rust on them. The curtain was stained from the shower rod being full of rust. The Window curtain had stains on the bottom file if the room had flooded but we were on the 2nd floor.'

'Room has no soap. The front desk staff was not cooperative. The room lamp was dirty. Bathroom has spider in the tub. Bathroom commode with directly and not cleaned.'

'This is where I’m always comfortable when I visit the Gulfport. It’s relaxing and I feel very safe on this property. I will always make this place my first choice when visiting.'

'Smelt Terrible. Very old looking. There is no gate for the pool. There is an orange net. Wouldn’t really recommend.'

'Some of the rooms need to be updated. There was no towel rack on the back of the bathroom door. Pull out sofa had cut/tears in the pillow and the refrigerator was not cooling.'

'The room was dirty, the bed had bugs crawling all over it and inside the pillow cases. Room smelled like it had mold.'

'Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...

'They gave me a room with extreme moisture issues, mold and mildew. The room was out of order and they put us in it anyway.'
