'My key did not work the next time we tried to get in after check-in. We went STS weekend and it is by the Gulfport Dragway and the people leaving were cutting up and being extremely loud.'

'The rooms was not clean bathroom smelled pissed,the bedding was not fresh the room had a smelly we had to sanitize the room just to stay good things the pool was clean and the refrigerator worked Oh yeah the Wi-Fi was horrible you wouldn't even watch TV half the time.'

'Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...

'The property was shady. The bathroom was dirty and was hair in the bath tub. The towels and pillows were dirty. Not worth the money that we paid. We were passing through and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. When we brought up the dirty bathroom and they blamed humidity. The staff didn’t take my issue into consideration and had an attitude instead of trying to make things better.'

'The room was not clean. Had pubic hair in the tub. We had lights when we got there. When we left to go eat and came back there was no electricity in the room at all and the manger could not get in the breaker room to check the breaker and there were no other rooms available'

'This was not the room showing on the website. I wish I could post pictures on this review because the rooms were filthy with mildew all around the corner water spots mildew on the ceiling. The bathtub was basically falling apart with holes in the bathroom door. My Daughter was scared for her life and refused to stay there so we left after 10 minutes. With from what I understand is a no refund.'

'When we made reservations it did not disclose the the pool area was under renovation. The desk staff was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained.'
