Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
This was the worst experience ever at a hotel. Get there check in with smooth and easy. Soon as I get to my room is when it went downhill. The immediate smell of mildew hit me. I didn’t say anything I just sprayed air freshener. When it’s time for bed I noticed the sofa couch didn’t have any covers or pillows in the closet which most hotels do. So I go to the front desk to ask for covers and a pillow. The man at the front desk tells me it’s already 4 pillows on each bed. I explained to him that it was only two on each bed. He insisted that it was 4 on each bed as if he’s in my room. Mind you the pillows are so tiny. Anyways. I get the blankets he never gave me pillows, we went to sleep. I wake it to my daughter screaming around 2 am saying something is biting her. I get up, search the bed and it’s a bed bug. I killed it, took a picture, and put it in a tissue. I tell my daughter to get in the bed with me and I’ll go to the front desk in the morning. So I went downstairs around 7am and showed the man at the desk the big. He tells me he will have to call his manager. I go back to my room and start to get ready for my daughters cheer competition. “The manager calls me around 11:30 saying they need to move me to another room immediately. First off I should have been moved when I came to the desk at 7am but now I’m at the cheer competition. I tell them I’ll leave as soon as my daughter performs. So around 12:30 I head back to the room and they tell me to get my stuff to move me.
