'Nice hotel, room with balcony, larg'

'This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to in Fairmont. I’ve never been to West Virginia in general, but most of the party that stayed for a wedding in Mannington stayed here. It was a great time and breakfast was amazing!'

'First night there, the room I was given was dirty. The floor had not been swept or vacuumed recently, the couch was covered in what looked like dog hair. The desk and night stands had not been wiped down and the refrigerator was dirty. They moved me to another room. It was better but the floors and couch were dirty. I ended up having to say two more nights and the cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. Same as I mentioned before. The microwaves and refrigerators were never clean, one...

'their business center has a computer that has been broken for over a year. you can't use the computer you can't use the printer for over a year it has been broken and nobody has been able to do anything about it. the hotel is completely out of shower gel so you either had to go buy your own or use shampoo or a soap bar'

'They were roofing so loud, flooding in room dirty. Front desk was rarely staffed'

We were traveling with two elderly family members who had considerable difficulty climbing the stairs. This created an unnecessary hardship and significantly affected their comfort and ability to access their room. More concerning, during the night, I noticed a strong smell of marijuana in our room. Upon...
