« Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this Boulder, CO property. The owner, Lisa, was very responsive and provided all necessary information for smooth check in and out. The location was nicely located in a residential area that allowed us to walk our dog around. It was also close to shopping, dining, and Pearl Street areas as well as the expressway. « Location was great, unit was in poor condition. Kitchen faucet leaked, walls were very dirty with scuf marks and looked like blood or buggers on bathroom door jamb. Bathroom (barndoor) wouldn't shut all the way. Bed was supper hard. Was rented to 5 bodies with only 4 sleeping spots so we had to buy a blow up mattress. »

« The first apt I got the hot water wasn’t working, so they moved me to a new apt . That was very thoughtful, I was there do to my mother being in hospice and the lady thing I needed was to worry about taking a shower. I appreciate that they did acknowledge it and make it better »
