« Check-in was a breeze, we showed up kind of late, so we met her in person, and she handed us the gate remote and keys. Told us the basic details of what we needed to know, and that was it! Extremely comfortable, clean and cozy place, kitchen had all the basic seasonings and some even extra pantry foods and condiments. Very homey and calm vibe. We really enjoyed the chickens and ducks! I will definitely be back next time I’m in town. »

« This place is amazing. Best short term rental I've experienced in nearly 20 years of using them. The beach views were awesome, we really enjoyed watching the sea lions & seals (binoculars provided). If it had been available I would have extended our stay. I tried to book again in Sept but no availability. The house is so comfortable & has very nice amenities. Trish at the property management company was extremely helpful and very nice. My advice to anyone staying there: don't take the steps down...

« This place is Brookings Deluxe! We loved our first night so much we re-booked for a second night. The property is well kept, so much attention to detail. You can tell they’ve put a lot of love into the place. The host is super charming, providing just the right amount of orientation/instruction and then respecting our privacy. Unbeatable views. « We had a great stay at this cute property! It’s a few miles from crescent city but easy to get to/from and close to redwoods parks. Host was amazingly responsive and proactive. Inside is very well done and outside is a beautiful yard. Even outside the tsunami zone as we learned during the recent tsunami warning! »
