The Dark Horse Loft, hosted by The Bear Cabins in BB, is situated in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, nestled within the scenic Beavers Bend State Park. This charming property is located in one of the oldest and most established original neighborhoods, providing a sense of history and character to the surroundings. The prime location offers quick and convenient access to both the lake and hiking trails, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the area. The Dark Horse Loft is on a quiet dead-end road at the back of the subdivision making it great for scenic walks around the neighborhood.



The Dark Horse Loft is part of a multi-unit compound that offers both the option to rent the loft alone or the entire property. As you arrive, you'll find a cement driveway for parking convenience. The property features a shared basketball court, providing a recreational space for guests.

It's worth noting that the loft is situated on top of a garage, which remains locked. However, guests have full access to the entire loft, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Other things to note:

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.

- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)

- ABSOLUTELY NO smoking *in* the home.

- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.



The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
