'Lovely accomadation, everything there for a stress free holiday. Would highly recommend. Location was a short walk to the beach. I cant think of anything you could do better. All good from booking to going home.'

'The cottage was very well-equipped, practical, well located and very comfortable beds. Everything worked and storage was great. Loved the nice bedding and towels! Nice that cleaning things and tea/coffee packets were there for arrival etc. We didn't miss anything we needed. Decor nice and lots of local information provided to help us plan and book trips out. The Island was lovely as ever loved Ventnor coastal hikes in both directions and really enjoyed the beaches at Bembridge and Appley! So...

'It was clean and fully equipped for family self-service stay. Thank you. It would be nice to have an ensuite master bedroom (perhaps not applicable to this property now, but I will look out for one next time). Also, we would have preferred a lock on the master bedroom door. Otherwise, spot on!'

'We appreciated the property layout and the generous room sizes. Well equipped kitchen. Sufficient numbers of things for the capacity of the house such as crockery and seating. Well located for all that Sandown has to offer. Dining table seating in kitchen that includes the wall as a back rest is poor. We used it once and then used the outside furniture. A padded panel may help. Accepting that we have parental responsibility, we couldn't fully relax in the garden with a three year old...

'Plenty of space. Clean, comfortable and modern. Lovely, dog friendly, secure garden, even for little dogs. Great sea view and coastal location. Lots of little extras. Friendly helpful service.'

'Lovely, peaceful location in a modern well equipped lodge - ideal for a relaxing break. Location on the edge of the delightful village of Godshill well placed for our favourite destinations. Simeon was a most accommodating and friendly host eager to hear feedback for continuous improvement.'

'Wonderful peaceful location with fantastic sea view. Lovely scenic walk into Ventnor (15 min approx). Nearby donkey sanctuary well worth a visit, as well as the National Trust walk above Ventnor - the views were amazing 360 degrees. Looking forward to a return visit.'

'The space and layout of the house is amazing. Very good for a larger family of 6 adults. The dining room view was very beautiful. The whole house is very well presented and offers great natural light throughout the house. The swimming pool and outside area is fabulous. Our favourite place to be. Great hot tub and my daughter loved the swing seat in the garden nook The bedrooms were a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The modern decor throughout the house is very nice....

'The 3 storey town house enjoyed a superb location 100 yards from Sandown beach . Off road parking to rear , additional space on the development . The layout of the property provided several balconies to sit out and enjoy views over the sea . Great kitchen for cooking , TVs in most rooms , several flights of stairs so not suitable for those who would struggle . We slept with the sounds of waves breaking on the beach at night which was amazing . Some feed back about the town house complained...
