Continue into the compact yet thoughtfully designed kitchen, which features pendant lighting, exposed beams and brickwork with built-in kitchen cupboards. Here you will find a fridge with an ice compartment , gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Steep winding stairs lead up to the first floor and a twin bedroom with bedside table, window seat and plenty of hanging space along with a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Further steep winding stairs lead up to the second floor where the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, occasional chair, wooden flooring, chest of drawers, and fantastic feature oval bath tub. On this floor, there is a second bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin together with a utility cupboard to house the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Step outside from the kitchen where steep stone shared steps lead up to a two separate private decked terraces, you will find a bistro set for enjoying al fresco meals and further steps leading up to a wonderful tropical-style decked garden with real banana tree, vines, decking and additional seating. There is free roadside parking available on nearby roads. Alternatively you can purchase a parking permit online from Torbay Council, to be used in the nearby Oxen Cove car park, which is 5-10 minute level walk along the harbour from the cottage
