'Het huisje is perfect voor twee personen. Alles is in zeer goede staat. Het lijkt alsof het gisteren is gebouwd. Aan alles is gedacht: internet, brandveiligheid, hygiene, gemak, etc. Kortom een plek om confortabel tot rust te komen. Een goede plek voor de auto. De gastheer is zeer attent en behulpzaam. Op een half uur lopen is een goed restaurant aanwezig en een klein winkeltje, dat gerund wordt door vrijwilligers. Langs de Teign is een ander restaurant met een bijzondere ligging. Het huisje...

'Nice neigbourhood, shops and urban restaurants closeby, not touristic, close to waterfront with nice small beach (no sand), caves that are worth to visit nearby. Accomodation clean, well equiped, towels present, kitchen with coffee, salt, oil etc present. We (couple with daughter) enjoyed our stay very much at this accomodation and location.'

'We had a wonderful time at East Soar farm. The kids enjoyed being surrounded by the animals and we did the splendid walk to Salcombe Beach and back. The apartment has just what you need in order to cook, sleep and shower and was very clean upon arrival. We felt very welcome and well taken care off.'

'We had a fantastic stay in the cottage, which was in a great location for the main harbour, a great local pub (6 doors down), various public parking (buy a permit from Torbay council website) and town centre. 'We had a wonderful 4 days at Iris Cottage. Set in beautiful countryside, the accommodation was lovely and the facilities on site were perfect for our group. Swings and play room for youngest to tennis, snooker and golf for older ones. The swimming pool was used by all of us. Would definitely recommend for all ages. We are looking forward to visiting again'

'dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

'Cottage was a very good base for exploring places in Dartmouth. Clean and tidy cottage. Cottage itself had everything we needed. However the cottage could've done with a bit of a make over. Pictures on walls. End of bath. Bedlinen . Bed was comfortable. There was a little hole in the window in the bathroom. Also when you got in the shower you overlooked a public footpath. 'We had several properties including the one next door to you, and I have to say I liked yours the best as it accommodated the 4 of us perfectly and we had some room to all sit together as there were a total of 12 of us and 3 children but pent of room to sit and talk and get together with all. 'Accommodation perfect for us as was its situation that allowed us to visit all the towns around Devon that we had planned. Communication good and would definitely stay again as we would like to visit the area possibly for a longer period next time .'
