'The house is as stylish and capacious as the booking information suggests! We made full use of the cool indoor spaces and the pool during our stay at the height of a heatwave. Macqueville and the nearby villages are very quiet and we experienced the slightly unreliable hours of the village shop and restaurant. Booking there is essential. Also a special mention for Dave who was very helpful. '

'Belle maison de vacances dans un quartier calme. Accueil agréable où produits du potager et miel local vous attendent. La climatisation offre une solution par temps très chaud. Les vélos apportés peuvent être rangés dans une pièce séparée. La chambre à coucher(accessible par un escalier depuis le salon) a un plafond assez bas (surveillez votre tête) Belle vue sur le jardin magnifiquement paysagé. L'endroit est situé tres bon pour visiter de des villes et les plages. Nous l'avons apprécié.'

'Notre séjour s'est extrêmement bien passé. Notre hôte a été d une gentillesse et d une hospitalité sans faille. Les petits présents lors de notre arrivée renouvelés pour la deuxième semaine ont été particulièrement appréciés. Le logement est très propre. Les équipements de la maison sont suffisants pour passer un séjour sans encombres. Calmes,paisibles...vous passerez des vacances reposantes.La voiture est indispensable '

'Geweldig genoten van deze gite met vooral twee zeer fijne tuinen waar het goed toeven was. In het ochtendgloren in alle rust bij opgaande zon tussen de fruitbomen de dag beginnen met een kopje thee of koffie is hemels.! Zeer aan te bevelen dus !'

'Nous avons passé deux belles semaines au milieu des vignes dans lesquelles nous avons pu nous balader. L endroit est tres calme, ideal pour le repos. La piscine est grande et il y a également d autres équipements dans le grand jardin, comme un filet de badmington, une table de ping pong... Catherine et son epoux sont à l ecoute et tres discret. L'hebergement est simple avec les equipements suffisants. Nous le recommandons :)'

'Sejour au top! Region tres agreable Si vous souhaitez vous ressourcer , faire de grandes promenades loin de la foule dans un endroit atypique alors foncez et Martine est tres accueillante!!'

'The welcome of the owners of the cottage is heartwarming. They go the extra length to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage has got everything you need, even appletrees for your fruit, chickens for your eggs and a vegetable garden for your tomatoes and herbs. A wonderful place in the heart of the Charente Maritime.'

'Des hôtes vraiment formidable Barbara et Kevin sont très sympathique et très accueillant. La location est vraiment très propre et décoré avec goût. La literie est incroyable (très important je trouve ) Et le petit déjeuné amène tout les matins…. Que dire de plus… Je recommande à 1000% Merci encore '

'We stayed at Maison Tranquille this August with our family and some friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed bbqs together in the evenings, the kids had a fantastic time in the pool and with all the games provided and we had everything we needed to relax and unwind. A short drive from Cognac, we enjoyed walking in the vineyards outside the house and also sampled some of the restaurants and amenities in Cognac, renting boats for a...

Een koelkast, een microgolfoven, een oven, een kookplaat

'Gîte très confortable avec largement tout ce qu'il faut (vaisselle, frigo, sèche cheveux etc...) Accueil très chaleureux de la part de notre hôte. Le gîte était propre, nous n'avons manqué de rien.'
