Luxe hotels in British Columbia Interior

'Arrived to check in after a long hike, and was in my hiking clothes. I felt that the front desk person “looked down on me” and acted in a rather snobby way. I felt that way for most of my stay and even when I checked out. I only stayed one night in the lodge. Because of feeling judged, I didn’t explore the hotel’s amenities. 'Super suite qui est en fait un appartement avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, salon, cuisine, salle de lavage et balcon avec table et chaises. Piscine, jacuzzi qui ferment à 23h et Gym ouvert 24h. Vue de la piscine est superbe avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes. BBQ disponibles à la piscine. Parfait emplacement sur le bord de l’eau à quelques minutes à pieds de la marina, des plages et des restaurants. Le Boardwalk est juste à coté. 'Property is old. The air conditioning unit right outside our bedroom was very loud. The kitchen was not well stocked. Our unit could hold 7 people but had a tiny keurig machine. They could not find us a coffee pot. The knives could not cut anything. The blinds in the bedroom were broken. The service at the pool was very slow. When we left our Uber was not allowed at the front door by the staff when there was no one around at 7:30 a.m. Not a good experience. Will not go back'
