The house is close to all amenities and has a large covered verandah to capture the sea breezes and enjoy those great views.

Features: 2 Queens, 2 Singles, ensuite off main bedroom, second bathroom next to the kitchen, WIfi, TV, DVD Player, gas BBQ, microwave, washing machine, partly screened, ceiling fans in all rooms, undercover parking, gated deck. Property accessed via a steep driveway.

Linen supplied and beds made for your arrival.

* If Wifi is offered it is a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

Good view

Property was nice and tidy and everything the ad said it was. Good Views. If anything maybe the back door needs a screen door but it wasnt an issue. Nice place to stay. We would stay their again.

House of horrors

This property was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned on arrival. It was infested with mould. The agent gave us mould spray to clean with. An electrician also came because the house has electrical issues. It leaked through windows & between the walls when it rained. We left three days early because i became so sick from the mould & needed medical treatment. We asked for a partial refund and have heard nothing from the agent. They do not care.

Absolutely Filthy. We have never stayed in such a dirty, filthy holiday home.

We stayed at this same property approximately 4 years ago & had a really, nice relaxing time. This trip we were really shocked ! Every door handles, light switch, cupboard & fridge door & power point were greasy & filthy. It was even worse in the morning light. The windows were covered in greasy hand prints & dog slobber. And, the flysceens & windows sills haven't been cleaned in years. Its the most discusting home weve ever stayed in. We will not be back.

The house is well situated to beach & hotel . The house is showing its age & needs attention. It would appear the photos are not recent . Matching glasses & crockery would help . There is no dryer or heater which is really needed during the cold months & rainy periods

THe house is very pleasent and is well set out with comfortable beds with good quality linen and towels. the kitchen although small is easy to use, appreciate the dishwasher. the highlight for us was the verander and the view. The very steep drive was a bit of a challenge to drive or to walk up and down. taller guide posts so you can see where the drive actually is when sterting from the top and steps and /or a handrail would make it safer for walking down.

Great location

House had everything we needed great location to the beachs and 4wd track to eastern side short walk to beach hotel for dinner and drinks. Could use a couple of blinds on the veranda to block afternoon sun and another gate with a few steps to backyard off the end of the veranda. Still a great house for families and dog.

The property requires a lot of maintenance and deep cleaning. Smoke alarms not in place on arrival. Stove Elements trips power. Oven filthy. Power points need repair Ceiling fans dirty and require cleaning. Lounge cushions mouldy. Lounge requires cleaning. Property needs spraying for ants. lack of screens. BBQ not cleaned

Beach Shack Stay

This is a lovely place to getaway. I was there for work, and it was close to everything I needed. I was disappointed with the oven state as the cleaner had not cleaned it, and the last thing I wanted to do was clean the oven before cooking my dinner. Overall this place was fine.

Cool Surfie Beach house

We loved staying at this very cool beach house with a relaxed, surfie vibe. It is very nicely decorated, clean & well stocked. Great deck with ocean views. House is open & light, well ventilated through big screened sliding doors & windows. Fans in every room. Lovely view from master bedroom too. No WiFi. Awesome location within very short walking distance to Home beach. We would love to stay at Cocomo again.

Point Lookout pet friendly home

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay, the large deck overlooking the ocean was lovely and cool. It was great to be able to take our dog with and there was enough fenced area for him to enjoy. The facilities in the house were good and the location to the beach was just right, a bit of a walk but not too far. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cocomo.

Easy walk to the beach. Nice deck with view. Just be careful reversing down the driveway, it’s very steep.
