'All was substantially as expected. The one star was lost due to the required very expensive insurance or even more expensive deposit. We have stayed in dozens of VRBOs in hill country and never seen this requirement. We almost didnt book because of it. '

'Nice and peaceful. Authentic ranch environment on an open range, with cattle, coyotes in the distance, and a couple of nice barn cats. The quarters are new remodeled. Very clean. Nice place to get away and slow down. Highly recommend this place when in town for A&M functions, or if you need a real getaway from city life. Just a few miles to the campus, and close to the airport as well if you fly charter.'

It was clean, updated, quiet, peaceful, and offered amazing views and scenery. We prepared and ate all meals in the home, and it was equipped with all the basics you need.
