'The room is clean, but it has a musty smell. The bath towels are stained, and there was poor communication. I was supposed to get email 24 hours in advance to check in, but I didn’t, so I had to call the host. Thankfully, she replied promptly. Other than that, the room is quiet, and the price is reasonable.'

'Staff was really friendly at check-in. The “continental breakfast” was just a few cereals, instant oatmeal, and coffee. Location is great as it is conveniently located to many places including Westfield Mall.
