Villa Skyview, an impressive estate, newly built villa with a 44m² infinity pool, hot tub and sauna in Brela. Reserved parking spaces at the beach in Brela, included.



Here you can enjoy absolute privacy and comfort with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Brac! The house is detached and directly on various hiking and mountain bike trails. There is a private parking space for several cars right at the house.



Villa Skyview is suitable for 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms available. The entire ground floor area, where there is also a bedroom with a bathroom, is barrier-free.

The fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room are on the ground floor, from here you also have access to the terrace with the 44m² infinity pool and spectacular panoramic sea views. The pool water is treated with electrolysis. Guest toilet (separate) on the ground floor.



An outdoor summer kitchen with fridge, BBQ grill (fireplace) as well as a large dining table with chairs, completes the experience. A covered shaded terrace with lounge furniture, as well as parasols and sun loungers by the pool invite you to linger. The hot tub is located on the upper outdoor terrace, with spectacular sea views. A sauna is available for relaxation.



On the 1st floor there are 3 more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, this area is accessible via a staircase. One bedroom also has a large terrace with seating. All rooms have sea views, are air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard.



Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available, as well as a washing machine with tumble dryer.



Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs up to 18kg. Surcharge of 100 euros per animal)
